Visit and design service

Our designer will visit you in your home and discuss your needs, taste and budget to develop a layout that suits your requirements.

Quotation

You’ll be forwarded a comprehensive quotation listing all trades and materials needed to create your bathroom. The quotation will also list the products and fittings not included with estimated prices. You may wish to supply some or all of your own products but we also have packages for those clients that want us to look after everything.

Acceptance of quotation

The installation schedule with proposed dates will be issued and a site visit arranged to answer any questions and identify anything that could be of concern.

Removal of your old bathroom

Our expert team will carefully perform this task whilst respecting your home and keeping dust to a minimum. Drop sheets are always used with the taping of adjacent doorways as well.

Plumbing & electrical work

Plumber and electrician will relocate or renew any services that are needed to connect new toilets, baths, vanities etc.

Preparation for waterproofing & tiling

Relining of bathroom or rendering of walls and preparation ready for the laying of tiles.

Waterproofing

Waterproofer will attend site to apply the first coat of the waterproofing membrane. A day between for drying and the second coat to be applied. The doorway and shower angles to be also be installed.

Tiling

Tiler to start laying the cement bed to the floor. The tiling process will take between three and four days for a main bathroom.

Glass & mirror measurements

Glazier to measure shower screen and any custom made mirrors that are needed.

Ceilings & cornice

Plasterer to fit new ceiling cornice to ceiling

Fit off

Carpenter, plumber and electrician will attend site to fit off all of the products and fittings. A preliminary wipe down of the wall tiles and the siliconing of all the internal tiled corners to be performed.

Shower screens & mirror installation

Shower screen fitting and mirror installation.

Final cleaning, inspection & handover

Final cleaning of the room and general areas after all tradesmen have finished. Final inspection and hand over.

Guarantee

Issue of general and waterproofing warranties to be forwarded.
